Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The title page should include all authors' affiliation, email address, ORCID ID.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • References should include DOI numbers (if any)
  • The authors have ORCID on the abstract page. Please register at and create an ID for you, if you do not have an ORCID yet.
  • The following points were confirmed during submission:

    1. IJRBS is an open-access journal with publishing fees of 130.00 USD or 115 Euro for an accepted paper. This manuscript, if accepted, will be published under an open access Creative

    agree to pay the Article Processing Charges as described in the journal

    2. I understand that:

    a. If previously published material is reproduced in my manuscript, I will provide proof that I have obtained the necessary copyright permission.
    b. My manuscript is submitted on the understanding that it has not been published in or submitted to another peer-reviewed journal. Exceptions to this rule are papers containing material disclosed at conferences. I also confirm that I will inform the journal editorial office if this is the case for my manuscript.

    I confirm that all authors are familiar with and agree with the submission of the contents of the manuscript. The journal editorial office reserves the right to contact all authors to confirm this in case of doubt. I will provide email addresses for all authors and an institutional e-mail address for at least one of the co-authors, and specify the name, address, and e-mail for invoicing purposes.

Please create an account by registering in this journal as an author ( please do not forget to click on the Author box during registration!). Then, submit your paper. if you have any technical issues during full paper submission, manuscripts can be submitted electronically to the editor at

Following the submission, the Editor sends a confirmation message to the corresponding author within 24 hours. If you fail to receive this confirmation mail within 24 hours, please contact the editor.

All manuscripts must be suitable for the Journal Methodology and the Journal's template.

We only accept manuscripts in the English language. The main text must be no more between 6.000-10.000 words, exclusive of appendices or references. You can reach Journal’s template

The Journal has a double-blind system for the peer-review process; both reviewers and authors’ identities remain anonymous.

The manuscript will be peer-reviewed by three specialized scholars; two external reviewers and one editor from the journal involved in the reviewing process.

The review process is completed within 10 -20 workdays.

The results of the review process will be e-mailed to the corresponding author.

If the paper is accepted by the reviewers, the author(s) will be notified.

The article processing fee for accepted papers is 130 USD or 115 Euro.

Accepted manuscript in PDF format will be available on the journal’s website for download without any payment.
